Dental nurse/Patient Co-coordinator
We are a Dental Specialist practice looking for a dynamic, confident and experience dental nurse to join the team on full time basis. To provide admin and nursing support to the Dental Specialists, enabling the delivery of an effective, efficient and timely service to our patients from booking consultation through to their discharge back to their own Dentists. Immediate start preferable.
Role requires:
• Dental nursing background and registration, ability to nurse.
Ensure prioritisation of workload to meet the deadlines and the flow of correspondence as necessary including the timely turnaround of patient letters, consent forms, reports and referrals etc.
• Ensure patients’ clinical records are kept up to date.
• Deal with patient bookings, confirmation letters and payments.
• Act on all telephone calls received, taking messages and resolving queries as necessary.
• Typing skills is an advantage
Knowledge of EXACT, Excel and outlook is required. Please reply with CV and covering letter. Salary depends on experience.
