We are a busy NHS/Private Dental Practice in Hendon and we are looking for a part time nurse/ receptionist to join our friendly team.
Standard hours will be Monday 7:45 - 17:00, Thursday 8:15 - 17:30 and Friday 7:45 -17:00.
Salary will be based on experience, normally ranging between £7.50-£10 per hour.
Some nursing experience is necessary and trainee nurses must be enrolled on a recognised course.
We provide ongoing support for trainee dental nurses and cover a wide range of treatments making completing your ROE easier.
We provide ongoing training for trainees as well as qualified nurses including providing up to 20 free hours of verifiable CPD per year as well as 20-30 hours non verifiable.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Preparing and maintaining the surgery in line with HTM 01-05
Assisting the dentist with a wide range of dental treatments
Monitoring patients lab work
Monitoring stock levels in the surgery
Book appointments
Send recalls
Take payments
Communicate with the patients
We are looking for someone who is dedicated and organised who can work efficiently and effectively whilst maintaining a professional attitude.
There is room to progress for candidates who demonstrate these traits.
