Demi Pastry Chef - AA Brasserie - London Bridge - 18,000 + TroncWHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie Pastry Establishment: AA modern Brasserie Average Covers: 80 lunch and 150 + for dinner Cuisine: modern British Brigade: 25 + in pastry and main kitchen Location: Central London (Northern, Piccadilly, Metropolitan and District Line)Salary: 19,500k per annum (all inclusive) + Overtime Shifts: 7 shifts per week (50 hrs per week)Last orders: 11:30pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent Demi Chef de Partie Pastry to work in a pastry brigade of 3.* A Demi Chef de Partie Pastry that is well organised and can work well within a small team.* Someone who is qualified in patisserie and confectionery.* A passionate Demi Chef de Partie Pastry who can work well under pressure.* Someone who has worked in a professional establishment for at least two years would be desirable.* A hard working chef who can work well under pressure.* Previous experience working with British cuisine would be preferred.
