Leading hospitality and catering recruitment company, Neway International are presently recruiting for Demi Chefs to work in hotels, casinos and private members clubs, all in central London. These are ongoing temporary positions and would be suitable for chefs who are able to start as soon as possible
The successful demi chef would ideally have hotel or restaurant experience serving contemporary modern cuisine. This position offers you the flexibility to choose the hours you want to work. A minimum of 1 year experience as a Demi Chef is required.
Must have a positive can-do attitude, strong knife skills, be able to work under pressure and be a team player.
Chef whites and knife set is required as well as Chef qualifications and Level 2 Food Safety certificate.
