- As Demi Chef de Partie you will be working on a section, shadowing a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, in a team of 15
- The ideal Demi Chef de Partie will have some exposure to fine dining, be it in Michelin* restaurants or 5* hotels.
- Be creative, innovative and willing to go the extra mile !
- Show drive and passion for producing good quality food.
- Ideally already working as a Demi Chef de Partie in a quality environment
