Demi Chef de Partie - 2AA Modern Brasserie - Kensington - 22,000WHO AND WHERE?Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie Establishment: Two AA Contemporary Restaurant Average Covers: 40 lunch and 100 for dinner Cuisine: modern British, with European influences Brigade: 20 + within main kitchen and pastry Location: Central London (District or Circle Line)Salary: 22,000k per annum (all inclusive)Shifts: 7 shifts per week (50 hrs per week)Last orders: 11:30pmWHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?* A competent Demi Chef de Partie to work on a section (to be decided after the trial shift).* A chef that is well organised and can work well within a large team.* Someone who has worked in a professional kitchen for over two years.* A competent chef with a "can do" attitude.* A Demi Chef de Partie who is keen to commit for at least 1 year. The restaurant offers fantastic room for progression to CDP and above.* The ideal candidate will have proven employment record working within award winning restaurants or hotels.* Previous experience cooking British cuisine would be desirable.
