We are recruiting for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Food and Beverage department at 47 Park Street, Grand Residences by Marriott by to deliver first class F and B room service to both members / guest front-of-house, and the associates back-of-house.
47 Park Street, Grand Residences by Marriott accommodates members and guests in 49 impeccably appointed one- and two-bedroom apartments located in the heart of Mayfair.  Stylish, comfortable and exquisitely finished, these are apartments of rare distinction, the elegant interiors are rich in period detail with many original features offering luxury living. The spacious feel is enhanced by high ceilings and tall windows in keeping with the 20th century Edwardian architecture. It is our home away from home.
Requirements

Proven hands - on experience in the kitchen.
experience in cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, 6am- 2.30pm and 2.30pm-11pm.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to stand for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
Must have a good command of the English language and be an excellent communicator - both written and verbally.
Working experience using Word, Excel and Outlook.
