Demi Chef – Fine Dining Members Club - £22,000 + Bonus and Benefits – Mon - Fri
Our client is a highly prestigious Private Members Club in London, which is offering £22,000 plus a bonus taking you over £25,000, for a Demi Chef to work on larder/garnish section. The food served is Fine Dining standard and uses only the finest fresh ingredients. This position requires a Commis/DEMI Chef with experience in Fine Dining or Luxury Hotel Kitchen or someone who has the college training and is willing to learn. The kitchen creates and serves dishes to the high standards expected by the members. In 2014 the kitchen released a cookbook showcasing the modern techniques and style of the kitchen.
Every chef in this team of 15 works with the best seasonal ingredients and has excellent opportunities to learn and progress, as well as have personal menu input. The chefs work 45 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The kitchen is closed on weekends, Christmas and Bank Holidays.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A background in a Fine Dining 2/3AA Rosette kitchen or 5* Hotel.
• A passion for working and cooking with the finest fresh ingredients.
• Ambition and a desire to learn and progress in an exciting kitchen environment.
• Confidence when working under pressure in an a la Carte kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
