A highly passionate, pleasant and professional Demi or Chef de Partie to join a united kitchen led by an influential Two Michelin Starred Chef.
A Demi or Chef de Partie that will only settle for perfection. Consistency and execution is key as its a small intimate cover size operation.
A Demi or Chef de Partie within a background working within fine dining restaurants, ideally Three AA or Michelin standards.
A creative and driven chef that works well with others.
