Delivery Project Coordinator Team Lead Are you efficient, highly organised and enjoy working in a fast- paced environment?Do you come from a Learning and Delivery background and want to move into a project role?If so, then we at General Practitioner Strategies Limited are recruiting for a Delivery Project Coordinator Team Lead position. You would act as the main point of contact for the Global Delivery Regional Teams and oversee the end to end the submission of the Annual Demand Plans. This role requires you to be data savvy and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports from analysing KPI's/SLA's, Take Up reports, Evaluation, Savings and Instructor Feedback reports. You will need to work closely with the Global Delivery Manager and communicate your findings and be responsible for maintaining the databases. What will you be doing?* Advise on the key delivery processes and run process training sessions when required* Oversee and gather the regional data ensuring quality is consistent in order to submit the Annual Demand Plans on time* Ensure Regional Delivery Managers assemble the Quarterly Schedules accurately and on time* Responsible for distributing the evaluation data to the Regional Delivery Managers (RDM)* Review all monthly client learner evaluation data and initiate course or instructor investigations with RDMs and programme managers for all items not meeting SLA or KPI objectives* Responsible for maintaining the Instructor Database and Instructor Certification database* Ensure all RDMs collate and submit the quarterly savings for each region* Review and work on improving existing processes* Organise and chair weekly regional calls for the RDMs to discuss any updates, escalation and create the agenda* Support the PMO Global Programs Project Manager when necessary* Create communications to RDMs when requested on Global Programs, creating the required documentation and ensuring plans are in line with processes and project strategy* Ensure the effective development of project staff is aligned with GPSL's performance management system* Responsible for all cross training of the team and manage the teams holiday and authorised absences What do you need?* Must have proven experience working within the Training or Learning and Development sector* experience of working on large projects* Strong reporting skills and the ability to manage process and have excellent problem solving skills* Extensive experience in Microsoft packages especially Word, Excel and Power Point* Proven co-ordination experience* Team leadership skills* Ability to stay focused and have the ability to consistently deliver whilst working under pressure The Desirables* Professional qualification/degree* Advanced IT and administration skills* Other languages For an opportunity to join this expanding company please submit your CV online.
