Area 1 - Bushy Park, Greenwich Park, and Richmond Park
Area 2 - Clissold Park, Greenwich Park, and Highgate.
Rate of pay: £9.75. As part of our commitment to being a London Living Wage employer you will accrue paid holiday on all hours worked.
We are looking for experienced, fun and enthusiastic people to work as part of our delivery teams at our busy popup stores across London this winter. Purchasing a Christmas tree is a very important part of the season for many, and creating a memorable experience for our customers is very important to us.
A typical day as part of our delivery team will include liaising with our office team and our Store Team Leaders, using our delivery management software, to ensure customer orders are delivered on time, whilst creating a fun and welcoming environment for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;
Excellent customer service standards
A positive and proactive attitude
A clean drivers licence (you must be at least 25 years old)
Fluency in English
Punctual and reliable
Basic IT literacy
Good physical health
The ability to work well as part of a team
A fun disposition
An eye for detail and cleanliness
Full training will be given on the products and services that we offer so do not worry if you don’t have relevant experience. Successful candidates will be invited to attend training in November before employment commences.
Working hours will typically be 8-10 hours on Tuesday - Sunday with Monday’s as your day off. You may be required to work as part of our sales teams, at our popup stores, during quiet delivery periods.
