This role is for a person who possesses perfect delivery and service as a key attribute in their personality, not only will the candidate be expected to physically handle and deliver the catering but also to play a crucial face to face role in the fantastic customer services that Absolute Taste Inflight provide throughout their business. Being a customer facing job the applicant will be expected to have excellent communication, problem solving and logistical skills as well as a keen eye for detail and also basic food knowledge. Prior experience in a driving role is preferable also a good idea of London and the south eastern roads is a bonus. There will be some quality checking and packing involved at base to check that the customer will be satisfied with the catering provided.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
• Delivering and collecting goods
• Communication with Operations Team
• Completing paperwork
• Adhering to security procedures
• Providing outstanding levels of customer service
Operations
• Check Job sheets for anything to be collected
• Communicate with Operations and Quality Control teams.
• Paperwork sign off
• Assist Quality Controllers and Operations teams (ie: cleaning, shopping, juicing and packaging)
• Vehicle upkeep
CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) Security Procedures
• Adhere to the procedures put in place in regards to the CAA regulations.
• Complete all documentation relating to the CAA regulations.
Communication
• Any feedback reported back to the ops team
• Communicate with ops and QC teams
• Helpful to FBO and client wherever possible
• Inform ops team when a client returns any items of packaging
• If a client has any problems, call ops team immediately
