Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver Location: London SW8 Salary: £21,460 gross per annum (£340 per week net - paid on a weekly basis, to be reviewed after 2 months)
Contract: Permanent Full-Time Hours: 7.00am – 4.30pm A growing food company based in London, SW8 supplying both restaurant and wholesale customers.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver  Daily Duties include:
•Picking and loading orders
•Unpacking and storing incoming goods in the correct parts of the warehouse.
•Breaking up incoming pallets in timely fashion.
•Wrapping pallets •Helping to box and palletise orders The individual will also be required to drive a Transit van and perform multi drop deliveries to restaurants in London  Prior experience of driving Transit vans is essential and multi drop delivery experience would be preferable. The position requires a responsible and reliable individual who is fit, healthy, enthusiastic, motivated and willing to help.
•Must be fluent in English
•Must have clean driving licence
•Must be at least 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
•Must be of smart appearance with good hygiene.
•Must be punctual, trustworthy and reliable.
•Must be able to work in a team environment.
•Must have previous experience of driving transit vans Applicants should note that this role is physically demanding and involves frequent lifting of heavy boxes. experience of food hygiene procedures would be an advantage though training will be provided.
