Looking for a passionate cook to work on our breakfast menu using premium British free-range ingredients with a good focus on gluten-free and vegan. You will also be responsible for our lunch menu which is pasta and pizza/flatbreads. We open 7 days a week but just a couple of evenings so some evening cover is required otherwise this is largely a day-time job.
As well as items from the menu, we also make our own salads, arancini, sausage rolls, quiches etc for the deli counter.
This is a great role to develop your creative skills as we are looking for creativity using ingredients from our deli counter. We are looking for someone with previous experience that can demonstrate good plating skills as well as hygiene and labelling.
We only open some evenings so this role is largely day-time with either 1-2 evenings a week. Flexibility is essential. Locals preferred as this role starts at 7am (sometimes earlier for catering jobs). Candidates must have a good level of English and be legally able to work in the UK.
