Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 6am till 4pm
Salary: £23,000-£25,000 per annum
The Larder’s success depends on the imagination, initiative and energy the management brings. A combination of flexibility, enthusiasm, innovation and sound organisation skills is essential.
We are currently looking for an Experienced Deli Chef to run our small, busy kitchen at The Larder.
• Responsible for producing all fresh and seasonal food for service and keeping our standards high and ideas new and fresh.
• You must be enthusiastic, professional and passionate about food.
• Food creativity with a keen eye on food presentation is essential.
• An understanding of current food trends served in deli bars and cafes is required.
• A passion for creating nutritional and seasonal salads/soups/quiches.
• Strong time management and organisational skills are crucial for this role.
• You must have a high level of personal hygiene and appearance
• You must be able to multi-tasking and working under pressure
• You must be comfortable working alone and be self-motivated.
