Experienced Deli Chef required
The working week would be 45-50 hrs, mainly day shifts. Over 5 days Sunday and Tuesday off, Required to work only 1 night per week the other days finish at 4pm.
The role is working in the kitchen producing food for the counter and shop/cafe. This is overseen by the head chef
but the candidate very much needs to manage themselves and will be involved with costings. The role is not customer facing. There are FOH staff who serve.
Lots of seasonal salads, tarts, Pies, sandwiches, soups etc etc There is a freedom for creativity working with the head chef to create new dishes.
Food is produced for sale both eat in and takeaway.
Similar experience is essential.
