The London Decking Company is part of a family company that started in 1997. For the last 17 years we have supplied quality decking materials and constructed superior decks throughout London and the South East. Working with all forms of timber or composite materials The London Decking Company are able to build bespoke decks that enhances your house and garden and will give many years of pleasure and entertainment.
We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing company.
We have a position open which will be based either from our Kingsbury, North London branch or our Hackbridge, South London branch. However, as is the nature of the job you will be travelling to various locations to complete projects each day.

This will be a physically demanding, yet highly rewarding and competitively paid role, involving leading teams of 2-3.

The ideal candidate will need to possess:
• A keen eye for detail, being able to work to a very high specification.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Availability to work over time during peak seasons, including Saturdays.
• A positive, can-do attitude towards work.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to speak informatively and professionally with customer.
• Previous decking/carpentry experience.
• A full UK manual driving licence - company vehicle will be provided.
• experience in managing small teams and projects.
• Able to converse with customers in a professional manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
This will be a full time position with a salary of £26,000-£28,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
