My client is looking for a kitchen porter who has an Enhanced DBS who is able to work Monday to Friday 40 hours a week in Central London.
You must be immediately available and flexible in working.
Cleaning of all Kitchen/Dining Hall food production.
Cleaning of floors, work surfaces, trolleys and emptying of rubbish bins.
The careful use of the dish-washing machine, maintaining it in a hygienic condition.
To ensure the safe and hygienic use of the servery lift, waste disposal unit and dish washer.
Movement of food and beverage deliveries to their appropriate storage area.
Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, both in working methods and personal hygiene.
