Our Client:
Our client operates a number of luxury apartments across London and is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team.
The main duties of this role as Receptionist will be to ensure the guests are checked in and checked out efficiently, so Opera Operating System knowledge is essential, as this is used across the group.
Due to the size of the property, the role will see you working alone during your shift, but there will, of course, be other members of the team working around the property.
experience Within Opera, Channel management, Xtranet preferred.
Salary and Benefits:
£9:00 Per hour
7:00Am – 7:00pm – 5 Days a Week
28 Days Holiday

Responsibilities:
Managing Reception and Front Office
The day to day management of Housekeepers, and Cleaners.
Check In, Check Out
Exceptional customer service
Follow all procedures and maintain the high standards in place.
Working with all departments to develop the business and increase guest experience.
The Individual:
Opera experience essential
Excellent communication skills
The successful individual must have a “can do attitude,” be able to multi-task and to work to strict guidelines.
A level of flexibility to work schedule is required and we are looking for someone who is happy to be ready to help or arrange things at any time.
