An established Day Spa based in Balham, SW12 and Nine Elms, Battersea, SW8. We require a Day Spa Manager to manage our Balham and Nine Elms sites and to start with immediate effect. The Day Spas have been open for over 10 years with a fun friendly atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience in a Management role within a Spa/Beauty salon environment and a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a Spa/Beauty Salon. You must be a strong leader, extremely well organised and a strong motivator.
You must also be NVQ Level 3 Beauty certified as you will be performing treatments i.e: • Waxing (incl. Brazilian and Hollywood with Hotwax) ESSENTIAL• Manicures and Pedicures. Gel Polish experience will be an advantage• Eyelash Extension single and Cluster - will be an advantage• Full body massage. Hot Stones Massage will be will be an advantage• Threading - will be an advantage• Environ, Nora Bode - Oxygen and Microdermabrasion Facials. These would be a bonus but training can be provided.
What we are looking for: Staff management skills· Support the development of staff· To cover appointments due to staff sickness and holiday· The ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
The Day Spa Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of both the sites, which includes but is not limited to; · Managing staff, the staff Rota and their holidays.· Stock control.· Cashing up.· Increasing Day Spa productivity by increasing sales, increasing client retention, increasing standards and lowering costs.

You will be required to send weekly reports to the Day Spa director so you should have basic computer knowledge.
