We are looking for a reliable DAY RECEPTIONIST in the most popular hostel in London
About you:
• You need to be an EU citizen or have an EU working permit and already based in London!
• You absolutely need to be able to handle any sort of situation in English, another language is a big plus!
• A passion for guest service from Backpackers for Backpackers
• Excellent communication skills
• Open, social caring and straightforward character with good stress handling
• Be flexible with your availability! We offer 2-3 shifts/week, morning of afternoon shifts (ideal for students or if you have a second job)
• Confident cash handling
Your tasks:
• Be a great host and offer our guests the best customer service
• Check-in/ Check-out for individual travellers and groups
• Provide sightseeing information and insider tips
