The Ilaka Project is looking for 3 interns for the period of September 6 - 14, 2022. It is for an art pop-up exhibition centered around the theme of candy. The title of the first exhibition is 'Sugarcoated.' We are looking for individuals that are interested in pursuing a career in the creative field.
All 3 interns will be placed with a large amount of responsibility in this job. The work will entail managing customers and helping with any questions they have, managing ticket sales, overseeing the art installations, passing out Goodie bags, assisting in cleaning up, setting up and taking down art works.
We emphasise that this job will meaning interacting with customers over a period of a few days so any individuals with customer experience are encouraged to apply as well.
It will be a fun internship with you learning and understanding what it takes to put together an art exhibition. The environment will be fun and interactive and you will be working alongside the owner of The Ilaka Project.
The location of the exhibition is Hoxton's Basement - closest tube station is Old Street.
You will be working from 11 am - 8.30 pm with a lunch break in between.
