Tateossian, a renowned luxury jewellery company, has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Administrator to support their fast paced and friendly Design team. If you are very well organised and accurate professional and wish to join this family business in their beautiful Chelsea head office in London, then this is for you.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, detail-orientated and have excellent analytical skills. This is a broad role which offers guidance from the team, and it suits a recent graduate with some practical work-based experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Design Team with all administration tasks.
Carry out the archiving project
Data entry and managing of large Excel sheets.
Labelling new and existing products
Assisting with the launch of Tateossian collections.
Create costing sheets
Work efficiently to deadlines
Product coding into bespoke system
Essential Skills and experience
Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
Excellent independent problem solving skills.
Excellent command of written and oral English.
Team player who enjoys working in a cross-cultural environment.
Willingness to work longer hours during seasonal peaks.
Desirable Skills and experience
Skilled in the use of Coral Draw, in Design or CAD.
Previous experience within the jewellery design sector.
