About the Job
This company is a well-established company with offices in London specialising in the installation of Network Cabling, Wireless Networks and associated services to a wide range of clients in the corporate, public and education markets UK wide. This role is offered on a self-employed contract basis.
Due to the companies continued growth they require Data Cabling Engineers at all levels and skill sets for contracts in London and UK wide.
Capabilities / Skills
- Previous experience in Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6A cabling installations
- Fibre Optic termination and testing (Preferable)
- Used to working unsupervised
- Completing works to a high standard
- Capable of using a Fluke for testing and fault finding
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team and follow detailed instructions
- Flexible and able to work outside normal hours
Qualifications
- CSCS Card
- Cabling Manufacturers Training Certificates (Preferable)
- IPAF/PASMA License (desirable but not essential)
Further Details
- Flexibility is required regarding working hours, the nature of our business requires working some night shift.
- Driving Licence (desirable but not essential)
