Prokil London Kensington are looking for experienced Damp Proofing Plasterers.
The position is given on a CIS basis (which you must be registered for).
Required experience:
- 4 Or more years Damp Proofing and Plastering.
Must Haves:
- Full Driving License
- Your Own Van
- Your Own Tools
Good To Haves:
- CSCS Card
Day To Day Duties:
- Working on residential properties in West, South West and Central London.
- Removal of plasterwork to expose brickwork in areas specified by schedule of works.
- Application of various waterproofing solutions/systems I.e Membrane, Tanking Slurry etc.
- Application of specialist render or dry lining depending on job specification.
- Skimming.
- Fitting skirting board.
- Installing a variety of ventilation systems i.e passive air vents, telescopic air vents etc.
- Tidy site at end of each day and upon completion of the job.
