We are Estate Agents in Hackney carrying our letting services for local landlords and surrounding areas, The role will be to let flats / houses / co living rooms.
Must have can do attitude, Hard work ethic,
Minimum 3 years experience in the field,
Full Uk Driving License,
Ability to work independently , manage own time,
Must meet the company targets,
Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner,
Computer literate, Motivated, Organised, Ability to work in a team,
To liaise with Landlords, Tenants of Let Only and Managed regarding the letting and contracts,
Reply to leads inquiries, set up appointments / viewings, take the holding fee offer put forward, set up tenancy agreement. Must be punctual at all times.
