My client
- a young, professional couple have recently welcomed their first child (currently 3 months). Both parents have demanding careers and mum will be looking to return to work early January 2022.
Days/hours
- we are open to discussion but this role will involve either 4 or 5 full days - 10/11 hours per day. Require flexibility to work later some evenings but will provide sufficient notice.
Ideal Nanny. We are looking for the following -
- Native English speaker
- Qualified or Ofsted registered
- 4 years plus experience working with 6 months +
- a friendly- gentle character with a loving and kind approach to children.
- good sense of humour
- ability to demonstrate good knowledge on child development
- creative who enjoys organising stimulating indoor activities to promote development stages.
- super organised, reliable, trustworthy and social.
- enjoys cooking and can introduce new foods.
- long term commitment.
- excellent checkable references.
Salary: open to discussion and dependant on profile.
Start: official start date January 2022 but would like a good handover period.
My client has clear understanding of their duties as an employer including pension scheme enrolment. They have many friends whom have nannies and understand the process.
