Our super clients in Richmond are seeking a fabulous young, bright, educationally focused Nanny to care for their young son - currently aged 2.5 years.
The position is to start in April/May.
The roles requires a flexible Nanny due to the unusual nature of the parents careers. The contract will be based on a 50-hour week - and in the main is regular hours, but some flexibility will be needed, to accommodate longer hours when required, but any extra hours are always given off in lieu or paid as extra.
The ideal candidate will be fit, healthy, fun - and enjoy the outdoors. You must be able to swim, be pro active, and happy to take the young boy out to activities and groups. The parents would like someone with a genuine interest in child development and ideally with some sort of background or training in education/nursery/ or school settings.
This lovely family are looking for someone who is easy-going, positive, and reliable - with the key to success being flexibility and team work. The family is very private and require someone who is equally discreet, professional, and calm. You must love your chosen profession and have a passion for children and child-care.
You must be happy that the family have a dog.
You must on occasion be willing to travel with the family, if required.
