DAILY HOUSEKEEPER
LONDON, REGENT'S PARK, SALARY £35K - £40K
Highly experienced live-out Housekeeper is required for an International family who live in a beautifully renovated, 5 Storey substantial residence close to Regent's Park. The residence is full staffed - House Manager, Butler, Chef, Housekeepers and Nannies. The family are a young professional couple with two small children and a friendly dog.
The Housekeeper must ideally have gained first class experience from working within a boutique or 5* hotel as well as a substantial private residence or private yacht. This will be a position working closely with the House Manager and other household staff to ensure the high standards of the residence are kept at all times. Our client has a true eye for detail and it is therefore imperative that you can offer the same.
Duties will include all areas of housekeeping, occasional food and beverage service. If on breakfast shift, you will need to be able to prepare a fruit plate and make either eggs or porridge. Some laundry required but a Laundress is employed. You may be required to walk the dog, answer the door, greet guests, pack and unpack for family travels, arranging flowers etc. This is a challenging position for a candidate who is 'hands on' with proven longevity and relevant experience. Glowing references will be required from previous employers.
The role will be based on a 5 day week - rotating rosters. Shifts will either be 7.00am to 4.00pm or 12.00pm to 9.00pm with flexibility. Weekend work is required, 2 consecutive days off during the week. When the family travel (which is on a fairly regular basis), you can work Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. On occasions, you may be required to travel with the family.
