At field and flower, we deliver award-winning, premium, free-range meat to customers nationwide. We’re a small and friendly team dedicated to providing a great service to our customers and getting great quality, traceable meat back onto consumers' plates. We're growing quickly and we're looking for team members who can join us on this exciting journey!
The role:
We’re looking for a fun, hardworking person to join our customer team to work Saturdays/Sundays (or both). You will be talking to our great customers about their deliveries and accounts and answering any questions they have about their orders or our service.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer queries over the phone, email or online chat (about our service, website, accounts, orders and products)
- Giving great customer service over every communication platform (phone, email etc.)
- Managing issues quickly and effectively to a high standard
- Effectively handing over completed tasks or those still in progress to the rest of the customer team members; reporting into Head of the Customer Team
Requirements:
-experience in customer facing roles (or customer service)
-Exceptional phone manner and email writing skills to deliver high customer service
-Fluent in English
-Problem solving skills
-Lots of confidence
-Organised, efficient and reliable
-Comfortable managing the role without supervision
-Interested in food
Part time; Saturday/Sunday (or both) – 9am-6pm, based at our Wandsworth Town office, London.
