Customer Support Staff for incoming and outgoing calls - Home Based role.

Duties of the job :

Answering incoming phone calls
Giving customers appropriate information on the services we offer on our site.
We also require staff to make 50 + outgoing calls per day to new potential customers.
Daily report each day of all calls, customers details, name, phone number, email etc.

Staff we are looking for :

Confident speaking individuals who have no problem communicating on the phone.
Must be able to speak to Europeans and UK in English language appropriately.
Sales experience an advance
Phone Support customer service experience an advantage.
Friendly, outgoing, chatty and bubbly is a massive advantage.
