We are the UK’s fastest growing estate agent and currently have a fantastic opportunity for a full time customer manager/sales negotiator.
This will be a mainly home based role with some travel required to visit customers/attend viewings.
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm (Home based). No weekends!
What the job will involve:

Providing regular, exceptional phone-based support for our customers that are selling their properties.

Offer negotiation

Sales progression

Attending viewings and following up

The ideal candidate will be:

Exceptional at customer service, both face to face and via phone and email.

Reliable and able to get on with the job without supervision.

A quick thinker and able to problem solve.

Driven, focused and organised

Sales ability to maximize opportunities and earnings.

Have a full driving license, car and laptop/computer to use for work.

Estate agency/sales experience preferred.

Must be based in the TW postcode area (ideally central- Twickenham, Feltham, Ashford ETC).

We are offering:

Competitive salary of £14,000 - £18,000 basic (depending on experience) with bonuses/commission available. Year 1 OTE of £32,000.

Company phone and phone contract.

You must have at least some relevant experience, must have a car (and license) and must be able to commit to the hours specified in order to be considered. We are also looking for someone who can commit long term and has a genuine interest in building a career with us.
