Customer Services Assistant to Help With Phone Calls Emails and Packing Orders

We are looking for someone to join our small team of staff.
We are an electronics Manufacturer, Wholesaler and Online Retail business based in our office in Islington, North London.
Our ever expanding business consists of many different products and dealing with customers in person, on the phone and via email.
Tasks will include
- Printing Orders
- Invoicing orders
- Packing and Labelling
- Scanning stock
- Helping warehouse staff
- Registering products
- Dealing with returns
- Serving Customers
- Answering Phone Calls
- Replying Emails
The person we are looking for will need the following:
Basic PC skills (excel, word, Internet)
Good Telephone Manner
Good Customer Service
English Language
This is a full time job 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Successful candidate will need to start immediately.
Salary is £7.83 per hour, with a review after the first 6 months.
