We’re now looking for a bubbly, outgoing, reliable and experienced (ideally 3 years) Customer Services Assistant to join the fast-paced Backup Care team. You’ll report directly to the Customer Services Team Leader, playing a key role in our continued delivery of a first-class customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
• Booking last-minute backup child, adult, and eldercare for 70,000 + service users.
• Using our in-house software to manage the life cycle of all bookings.
• Swiftly responding to a high volume of inbound calls and emails.
• Recording all communications with customers and suppliers.
• Undertaking essential support admin.
• Other service-relevant tasks assigned by the Team Leader and / or Operations Manager.
When and where you'll be doing it:
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The office is open 7.15am-7.00pm with alternating early and late shifts.
• Spacious, stylish, modern office space a 5-minute walk from Fulham Broadway tube station.
