KEY REQUIREMENTS: Candidates will need a FULL Drivers Licence. A company vehicle will be available to use when needed
Candidates MUST have good written and verbal English communication skills. Any other Western European Language such as Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese would be highly desirable, although not essential.
Candidates will be expected to work weekends

Working as the Customer Services Agent / Receptionist / Guest Accommodation Assistant you will be required to travel within the London NW6 area to Check-in and Check-out students and international travellers staying in the Company’s Hostels, Dorm Rooms and Studio Apartments.
As the Customer Services Agent / Receptionist / Guest Accommodation Assistant you will meet and greet guests as they arrive, ensuring they are checked-in to their room. You will also ensure that the properties are kept up to a high standard.
You will also work on the reception desk when needed and handle telephone enquiries and some office administration tasks.

DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities as the Customer Services Agent / Receptionist / Guest Accommodation Assistant:
• Travel to the Company’s Hostels, Dorm Rooms and Studio Apartments to meet, greet, check-in and check-out guests ensuring a high level of service is delivered always
• Inspect each property to ensure it’s always up to the high standard expected by guests
• Ensure guests are happy with their stay and the service provided
• Work on the reception desk when needed and handle telephone enquiries and some office administration tasks
IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Must have excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful personality
• Will need a FULL Drivers Licence. A company vehicle will be available to use when needed
• MUST have good written and verbal English communication skills. Any other Western European Language such as Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese would be highly desirable, although not essential.
• Candidates must be willing to work weekends
• Must be really organised and able to cope under pressure
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to work with little supervision and confident in using own initiative
• Ability to cope with possible challenging situations
• Confident when talking to new people both face-to-face and on the telephone
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
