We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious contact centre agents for a well known travel company.
•You will be talking to customers and selling the range of travel/holiday products.
•You will provide excellent customer services whilst maximising the revenue for each transaction/booking.
•You will promote the range of products and offers on every telephone call/email.
•You will assist in any post sale enquiry via telephone/email.
Skills and experience required:
•Telephone contact center/travel booking experience.
•Excellent customer services skills.
•Target driven with sales/revenue generation experience.
