We're looking for a super efficient team member to fill the position of Customer Support Advisor for our Nail Polish Company. Personality is key.
As a customer support rep your main responsibilities will be:
Making our customers feel like they’re dealing with a person – not a automated style online store.
Acting as a first point of contact, offering a personal service, supported by our range of great products.
Supporting customers across email, live chat, social media and phone.
Building relationships with our customer, to find solutions that are right for them.
Developing knowledge of our products, and the overall nail industry, to provide advice and insight to customers and colleagues.
Identifying ways to improve our customer journey, and using your initiative to suggest effective solutions.

Advanced IT skills - we use Apple MACs
Exceptional Customer Service
Excellent listening and communication
Motivation to go above and beyond for customers.
Time Management - speed is of the essence whilst maintaining accuracy with attention to detail.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.30am - 5.00pm
Location: 5mins from Leyton Station (Central Line)
MUST be able to live/work in the UK
