Customer Service Staff needed for Fareham, Bournemouth, Tolworth ,Southampton Central, Havant and Wareham
Are you friendly and articulate with excellent communication skills?
We urgently need individuals for assisting passengers navigate their way to the bus replacement services for the following stations: Fareham, Bournemouth, Tolworth , Southampton Central, Havant and Wareham
This is an on-going role with opportunities to work during weekdays and weekends throughout 2022. The role would specifically suit individuals who are fully flexible when required at short notice.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all passengers travelling through the allocated stations, assisting with directions, travel times and general customer service inquiries.
You need to have good communication skills. The role requires you to make occasional public announcements.
You must also be physically fit and comfortable working on your feet for a full shift.
Working hours:
Various Shifts available including early morning and late evenings.
Pay rate:
£10/hour (including holiday entitlement)
