For the last 12 years we have been providing waste and recycling services to some of London's most prestigious businesses. Today we manage the accounts of H and M, The Body Shop, Subway, Carphone Warehouse and hundreds of small independent businesses.
We have a team of 50 with offices in London and Birmingham and due to expansion we are looking to hire two new members of staff on a full-time permanent basis to join our Customer Services team.
The role will be dealing with customer service issues such as:
Missed Collections
Service Changes
Billing queries
Supplier arrangements
Our current offices are in Shoreditch but we will be relocating to Tottenham Hale in the next two months and this is where the position will be based.
The hours are 08:30 til 17:00 Monday to Friday with a rotational Saturday shift each month. Salary is between £18,000 and £20,000 depending upon experience.
This role will require three main skills that you must possess:
A good telephone manner (You need a strong command of the English language)
Decent computer skills (everything we do is in the cloud so CRM, Google Apps etc)
A positive outlook (You have to enjoy helping people. By its very nature people often call customer services because something has gone wrong so it's your job to help fix it and ensure the customer ends the call satisfied they have been listened to and action taken)
