Customer Service Role for Online Cooking Website

Sous Chef is a fast-growing online retailer, supplying ingredients and inspiration from the world’s best kitchens.
The Role
We are looking for a customer service assistant with excellent attention to detail, and a passion for food and cooking.
You will be the first point of contact in the business for all our customers – by phone and email. You will help customers with ideas for how to use ingredients, take orders, or solving problems if things go wrong. You may also help to manage the online product catalogue, develop business to business sales, and get involved in marketing activities.
The role is part-time. We're looking for someone for 2 days per week, 9am-5pm. You will be based in our offices near Hornsey train station, N8.
Required Skills
• Charming written and telephone manner, and meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrable interest in food and cooking
• Flexible approach, and desire to step in to any task to help the business grow
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
