We are looking for enthusiastic, engaging and passionate individuals to join us in building an exceptional customer services department.
USIO was started by realising an industry-wide secret: Your energy company will buy your energy regardless of when you actually use your energy – they assume we are all the same and our lifestyles are all the same.
Entry requirements:
Minimum grade C-A* (or 4-9) in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both). You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages. Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.
This is a Customer Service level 2 combined with a Business Foundation apprenticeship.
Location: the nearest stations are Westbourne Park and Queen’s underground, London. Full job description:
1. Respond to customer queries through numerous media (as above) in a timely manner but with personality!
2. Deal with both inbound and outbound calls.
3. General office/admin ad-hoc duties
4. Industry research (social media etc)
5. Working with the customer service manager to respond to incoming enquiries from customers.
6. Using Usio Energy’s CRM billing system to investigate customer issues and help solve issues raised.
7. Proactively speaking to customers to obtain information needed to manage the customer’s account.
Hours are 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Skills required:
Computer literate with knowledge of social media and an understanding of the importance of customer service.We welcome new ideas and innovation from all our staff as we strive to succeed in becoming a great supplier and brand.
