Job Title: Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

You must be confident, enthusiastic and have a passion for the health sector.

Contacting with a new client via telephone.
Introduce yourself to a client through phone.
How to deal with clients in business
Preparing new account presentation and reports and engage with existing partners face to face.
Preparing and emailing quotations.
Dealing with a new company.
Regular customer contact with the current client database and identifying potential leads.

Requirements:

experience in Customer service phone.
Ability to gain trust from the clients.
Ability to close orders over the telephone.
Excellent communications skills.
High organized and attention to details.
To be Multitasking and Versatile.
