We are leading International Online Marketing Company serving International Clients, based in Central London and currently expanding and require Customer Service representatives to work as Team Member in a very dynamic business environment.
You will be working based on shifts, assisting our clients through, email and telephone to ensure that they have a quality experience with us. You will have a positive outlook and enjoy speaking with people. You will be responsible and excited to learn.
We have various of part-time permanent positions available and can offer the following shift patterns:-
Monday to Friday 10.00am- 6.00pm
Saturday 9.00am -6.00pm
Sunday 12.00pm – 3.00pm
While these shifts are flexible minimum of 3 days a week work is required.
Your experience
Essential
• Advanced level Turkish Language
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Self motivated
• Good understanding of Internet and common IT applications.
• Great interpersonal skills
• Previous experience is a plus however not essential as full training will be given.

Responsibilities
Outbound calling to inform customers and dealing with customer enquiries professionally via phone.
Contacting and Communicating customers regularly regarding their accounts.
