Salary: £7.85 per hour day £8.30 Nightshift.
Pure Gaming (Trading as Casino Slots) is an licensed and independent Adult Gaming Operator who specialises in creating a fun, safe and enjoyable Gambling environment in the heart of London City. Based in Whitechapel, London, just a few minutes walk from Aldgate East Tube Station and next door to Whitechapel train station we are easily accessible from pretty much anywhere in London.
Due to a successful 6 months we are now looking to add to our Customer Service team to further enhance the gaming experience of our customers. The role itself is a combination of servicing customer needs, i.e. Making teas and coffees, making sandwiches, changing money from notes to coins, coins to notes, engaging our customers to ensure they feel welcome and a part of our family, cleaning the shop floor, machines and outer areas of the shop and ensuring our toilets are kept clean and tidy.
Our arcade is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so there is plenty of work on offer for the right candidate. To be successful in this role you must be presentable, personable, engaging, hard working and above all a team player. You must be able to read, write and speak English to a conversational standard. There is a degree of maths involved and also you will be handling money and therefore you must have a keen attention to detail.
You will be trained on the Gambling Act 2005 and be responsible to ensure that we, as a business, remain compliant and are upholding the principles set out by the Gambling Commission, we will help to train and further develop you In this regard.
