PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON
Minuteman Press is a full service printing company involved in digital/litho printing, promotional products, large format and t shirt printing.
Right now e are looking for a part time customer service person for a printing company based in North West London.
Job responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Customer service
over email, phone and walk in
Answering telephone calls
Customer follow ups
Generate Quote from our CRM system
Printing and print finishing job
File set up
Skills Required
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
experience in a customer service role
Good verbal communication
Excellent Multitasking
Familiarity with graphic design software preferred /
Interested candidates will get opportunity to learn graphic design, t shirt printing, digital and large format printing.
Technical Skill Required: Moderate skill in PhotoShop and/or Illustrator

Flexibility
Minimum 1 year experience preferred in similar role
Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday 9.30 am to 4.00 pm.
