£18,200 - £20,000 per year.
Online Company is looking for experienced customer service person The job is for five days a week Monday to Friday, full-time position from 8.00 am to 5.15 pm.
You will provide a service to our customers.
The company is based in Hayes MIDDLESEX NEAR /HEATHROW./
The job involves:
• Emailing our customers and answering their questions.
• Processing customer orders placed online.
• Developing a good knowledge of our website.
• Replying to customer emails and letters.
Required Skills:
experience in customer related environment.
experience in dealing with customers over the phone and Email
Excellent clear communication skills
The ability to be organized and keep on top of administrative tasks
Good PC skills
Salary £18,000
