Customer Service Operative Cheam, Surrey£18,500 per annum Full Time – Monday to Friday (Rota system)Are you good at multi-tasking? Do you take pride in offering excellent customer service?Our client is an established provider of gas, electrical, commercial and home services throughout London and South of England. They pride themselves on providing exceptional service levels to the public sector and they are seeking a Customer Service Operative for their showroom located in Cheam to work as part of their Customer Service Centre. Duties include:

Taking inbound and making outbound calls
Providing excellent customer service to all clients.
Scheduling breakdown engineers for appointments and managing their diaries.
Learning the company products and supporting the clients in the showroom.
Understanding client contracts and ensuring that service level agreements are met at all times.
Working closely with your colleagues to ensure that clients receive the best service This role would suit someone who has worked in a similar industry and is seeking a new challenge or someone who has excellent customer service experience and is seeking a change.
Please note that you will work Monday- Friday on the following shift patterns: 8.00am – 4.00pm, 10am – 6pm and 12pm – 8pm. All shift patterns include a Saturday on Rota basis (9.00am – 5.00pm) with a day off the following week (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday).  Essential skills required:

Excellent communication and organisation skills.
First rate customer service skills
Good IT skills
The ability to use own initiative
The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude to work.
