We are looking for someone working closely with the director on this role and adapt to the fast paced environment.

Customer service
1. Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organisation.
2. Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
3. Managing a team of customer service staff.
4.Handling enquiries from customers.

Operation:
1. Ensuring that communication between departments is ongoing and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous improvement.
2. Support the company in production planning and making sure the business is adequately resourced.
3. Identifying any skills gaps in the organisation and undertaking a recruitment programme to support this.
4. Training of staff and managers to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their role.
5. Providing a leadership support function to teams and motivating staff to achieve production goals.
6. Managing budgets and costs effectively in respect of the planning process.
7. Acting as a liaison to senior management and board of directors to keep them up to date with shop floor matters.
8. Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and production targets are met.
9. Implementation of any new policies and procedures relating to the production process.
10. Introducing and managing in-house IT systems ensuring that they are fit for purpose.
