Customer Service Manager NW9 Needed

American Dry Cleaning Company is London’s leading name in dry cleaning operating over 35 retail shops throughout London in prime affluent areas. The retail shops are serviced by central processing centre in Colindale where the head office is based. The Company is continuing to expand with the prospect of 3-4 more sites this year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Head Office Team on customer service projects aimed at retaining and developing our core customer base – NOT A CALL CENTRE
- Handle incoming calls and emails generated from customers and branches relating to customer service
- Update relevant systems and filing relating to customer service enquiries
- Liaise with the Production, Transport and other members of the management team regarding new enquiries and customer service issues
- Communicate with customers regarding compensation and resolution of issues
- Report directly to the Office manager and Area manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED experience
- experience in customer service handling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, Outlook and cloud based CRM systems
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good telephone manner
- Minimum 3 years office experience
- Finance knowledge advantageous
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Capable of working under pressure and to short-term deadlines
- Administrative skills and ability to multitask
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good people skills
- A sense of humour!
Must live locally to Colindale, NW9 and able to work flexibly on Saturdays
