We are a luxury services company recruiting for a customer service assistant to join our busy Head Office in Central London.

The successful candidate will be articulate and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills.
You will be able to work well on your own and also as part of a team.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Managing and replying to customer emails
Assisting customers via telephone and providing relevant updates.
Taking care of day to day office tasks
Liaising with suppliers
General office paperwork
Assisting customers who attend our Head Office.
Assisting at our retail location which is nearby.

We are a rapidly growing business and there is room for progression within the company.

You will ideally have had at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role and be able to show examples of how your personality and initiative are going to help you excel within this role.
